Work location: Texas Health Rockwall 3150 Horizon Rd, TX 75032

Work hours: Full Time, Days working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 hour shifts (7am-5:30pm)

Here's What You Need

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required And
Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology Required Or
Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular technology Required And
Associate's Degree in Applied Science Preferred
1 Year Experience as a radiologic technologist Preferred Or
1 Year Experience as a cardiovascular invasive specialist Highly Preferred
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire Required And
General Medical Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required Or
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Obtain within 6 months if graduate from a Cardiovascular Accredited Program 6 Months Required And
Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist If Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Only Upon Hire Required Or
Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And
Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required

What You Will Do

Patient Care such as preparing room for examination (i.e. suction, oxygen, supplies)

Imaging Procedures, Quality and Processing- Positions patient to correct anatomical area of interest and assists physician with complex and invasive procedures using aseptic technique

Entity Highlights:

Texas Health Hospital Rockwall has served Rockwall, Kaufman, Hunt, and surrounding counties since 2007. Our 105-bed acute care hospital provides medical and surgical services to patients from Rockwall, Heath, Fate, Royse City, McLendon-Chisholm, eastern Dallas County, southern Collin County, and nearby communities.

Our hospital provides comprehensive medical and surgical services, including a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, labor and delivery suites, cardiac catheterization lab, interventional radiology suite, expanded surgery suites, and emergency and intensive care areas. More than 60 physicians practice at Texas Health Rockwall. Our campus also houses a Women's Imaging and Breast Center, bariatric clinic, ambulatory surgery center, and physician practices.

Texas Health Rockwall has earned a CMS Five-Star Rating for patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. We also hold the ANCC Pathways to Excellence designation for nursing.
