Job Description
The Customer Care Representative role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests while maintaining the highest level of customer service and confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide strong customer service while listening and eliciting information efficiently to resolve customer issues.
• Recognize when to leverage resources to resolve customer issues and/or concerns.
• Process customer transactions including but not limited to funds transfer, loan payments and check orders.
• Assist customers with account, online banking, BillPay and debit card inquiries.
• Maintenance account changes, or as necessary, closures are warranted.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
• Provide support for Deposit Operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at both written and verbal levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and high degree of accuracy.
• Microsoft Office, or equivalent, knowledge.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.

Requirements:- One year customer service experience.
- Previous banking experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
