Job Summary:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support grant and budget management for a government agency. This role will ensure proper tracking, reporting, and compliance of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage grant budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
• Support program directors with financial planning and guidance
• Perform reconciliations and monitor financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Assist with audits, reporting, and risk management

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation
• Knowledge of grants and financial compliance
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Government or public sector experience
• Certified Financial Manager (CFM)
