This role is a strategic client leadership position focused on managing and growing a portfolio of global commercial cards relationships. You will act as the primary point of ownership for key clients, ensuring strong satisfaction, retention, and long-term commercial growth through cross-sell opportunities and optimized program performance. The role combines relationship management, revenue expansion, and operational oversight, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and senior client stakeholders. You will engage directly with client leadership teams to understand their business needs, align solutions, and ensure seamless service delivery. In parallel, you will drive pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting across your portfolio. This is a high-impact position where your ability to balance strategy, execution, and client advocacy directly influences business performance and client success.
- Own and manage a portfolio of global commercial cards clients, serving as the primary relationship owner and advocate to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Build deep client relationships across organizational levels, from operational contacts to senior executives, while maintaining regular engagement and structured communication.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-sell opportunities, contract renewals, pricing strategy, and expansion of existing client programs.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, including pricing models, contract structuring, and coordination with legal and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing financial and portfolio analysis, including spend tracking, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for optimization or remediation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, product, compliance, and client delivery to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper documentation of client activity, risks, and performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commercial cards, financial services, or related client-facing roles; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, commercial banking, payments, cash management, or trade operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue generation, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including financial analysis and portfolio performance tracking.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments with a strong team-oriented mindset.

- Competitive base salary range: $129,840 – $194,760 USD
