This role sits at the heart of a high-impact Professional Services organization, responsible for designing and delivering advanced enterprise planning solutions for complex global customers. You will translate business challenges, legacy systems, and financial models into sophisticated multi-dimensional architectures that drive better decision-making and operational performance. Working closely with clients, you will act as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, ensuring successful implementation of scalable planning solutions. The position combines deep analytical thinking with hands-on solution design, data integration, and deployment leadership across strategic accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where precision, innovation, and service excellence are essential. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences customer success and long-term platform value.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade planning solutions by translating business requirements, spreadsheets, and legacy systems into advanced multi-dimensional models.
- Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning environments and strategic customer accounts.
- Modify and optimize existing models to enhance performance, scalability, and functionality as business needs evolve.
- Lead or support solution implementation phases, including requirements gathering, system design, build, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to data integration and migration efforts, ensuring accurate and efficient flow of information across systems.
- Develop clear technical documentation and provide structured updates to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with customer teams and internal partners to ensure successful solution adoption and long-term value realization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management or enterprise planning solutions (e.g., FP&A, supply chain, workforce planning, or sales performance).
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Solid understanding of system implementation methodologies, including Agile approaches and end-to-end delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy).
- Experience with data integration concepts (inbound and outbound) and enterprise data workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
