Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift/6am - 2:30pm
Pay: Base = $20/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Work with cross functional production teams and provide coverage to various lines or processes
• Communicate and reinforce organizational or departmental initiatives
• Organize and execute rework
• Assist the supervisor with daily shift summaries and reports
• Train new team members on line operation
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Safely operate a forklift to keep assigned work area supplied
• Audit line staff's paperwork to ensure paperwork is filled out accurately

What You’ll Need

• 3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry
• Previous forklift experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs)
• Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
