Vacanza Romana is seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Our line cooks play a vital role in delivering high-quality Italian cuisine by preparing dishes with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Vacanza Romana recipes and presentation standards
  
• Maintain quality, consistency, and proper portioning for all dishes
  
• Set up and stock assigned station with all necessary ingredients and supplies
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
  
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures consistently
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  
• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred but not required
