About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Creative Lead to drive the overall creative strategy for our brand and campaigns. The role involves leading the creative team, conceptualizing high-impact campaigns, and ensuring all visual and messaging elements align with the brand identity while delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction for campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential marketing channels.
• Develop and oversee creative concepts that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and performance teams to integrate creative solutions into campaigns, including paid marketing.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire the creative team, ensuring consistent quality and innovation.
• Review and approve design and content assets to maintain brand standards.
• Stay updated with creative trends, emerging technologies, and platform innovations.
• Ensure creative output supports both engagement and conversion goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative leadership, branding, or advertising.
• Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic campaigns, visual storytelling, and innovative design.
• Excellent understanding of paid media creative requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design/production tools.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
