Compensation:$74,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through the life insurance selection process, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their choices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice to meet their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with our team to create tailored insurance solutions that align with clients' financial goals and life stages.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to efficiently manage client portfolios and streamline communication.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your expertise and stay ahead in the industry.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues in achieving collective goals.
- Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of most types of life insurance and insurance plans, including term life, whole life, universal life, variable life, variable universal life, simplified issue life, guaranteed issue life, final expense, and group life, current life insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations
- Experience in the finance or insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance, is beneficial. Comprehensive training provided.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically to clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, demonstrating trust and reliability.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing client portfolios and enhancing communication efficiency.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tailor insurance solutions that align with clients' unique financial goals and life stages.
