We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Lees Summit, MO. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience answering phones, and the ability to provide excellent face-to-face customer service. This position requires working on Wednesdays and Saturdays only.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously, ensuring each receives timely attention.
• Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks (preferred).
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

• Experience with computers is required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Previous experience answering phones in a professional setting.
• Face-to-face customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple customers at once efficiently and courteously.
