This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, manage, and evolve learning programs that drive skill development and knowledge growth across customers, partners, and internal teams. You will be responsible for creating scalable, high-impact educational initiatives, including certifications, training events, and digital learning experiences, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environment, you will partner cross-functionally to launch new programs, optimize existing ones, and deliver measurable learning outcomes. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution, as you influence stakeholders, measure impact, and continuously enhance the learning experience. You will play a key role in shaping the organization’s learning strategy and enabling success for diverse audiences.
Design and manage end-to-end certification programs to build role-based skills for staff, partners, and customers, ensuring content quality and alignment with organizational goals.
Drive program adoption and performance through coordination of training delivery, monitoring certification progress, and optimizing learning pathways based on data and feedback.
Plan and coordinate learning initiatives, managing timelines, requirements, and outcomes for internal, partner, and customer programs.
Act as a central point of contact across Product, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable learning initiatives.
Ensure the quality and consistency of learning programs by monitoring execution, escalating gaps, and maintaining a holistic view of the learner journey.
Maintain reporting and visibility for all programs, using analytics and dashboards to communicate impact and inform strategic decisions.
Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance learning initiatives, and implementing process efficiencies.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Customer Education, Certification Management, Enablement, or Learning Program Management.
Proven ability to plan, deliver, and manage learning programs at scale.
Strong program management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency with LMS platforms, assessment tools, and learning technologies.
Ability to analyze learning data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to lead through influence within a matrixed, collaborative environment.
Preferred: Experience with certification design, SaaS products, customer success organizations, analytics/BI dashboards, or relevant credentials (e.g., ATD CPTD, PMP, PMIACP).

Base salary range: $93,000 - $103,300, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
