This role is ideal for a seasoned UX professional who excels at turning complex, data-rich systems into intuitive and elegant experiences. As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design of user interfaces that empower clients, customers, and internal teams, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual consistency across platforms. You will leverage AI-enhanced design workflows to create scalable design systems and mentor junior designers, shaping the broader design culture. Partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders, you will influence product direction while delivering impactful user experiences. This position offers autonomy, creative influence, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven environment focused on clean energy solutions.
Lead end-to-end UX design for data-intensive interfaces, focusing on clarity, usability, and actionable insights.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components across products.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
Leverage AI tools and methods to accelerate and enhance the design process.
Mentor and coach junior designers, including remote and offshore team members, fostering growth and skill development.
Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably for B2B or data-heavy platforms.
Expert proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI design tools.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies and design thinking practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and present design rationale clearly.
Proven ability to balance creativity with practical execution, delivering both innovative and functional solutions.
Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering inclusive, collaborative team environments.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across product and engineering teams.

Competitive salary ($110,500 - $149,500/year) with midpoint at $130,000.
