The Senior Director, Corporate Development M&A will identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact transactions, guiding projects from target identification through due diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration. You will partner closely with business and regional teams to align M&A strategy with organizational objectives and lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex deals. Accountabilities:

Lead the identification and evaluation of acquisition targets aligned with regional business strategy.
