About the RoleThe Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing and optimizing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility. This role blends campaign execution, content development, event coordination, and marketing operations. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered with accuracy, creativity, and measurable impact.
Success in this role is defined by the quality and effectiveness of marketing deliverables, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
What You Will DoCampaign & Content Execution
- Plan, execute, and measure multi‑channel marketing campaigns that support product, event, and content initiatives.
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance reporting.
- Write, proofread, and edit content across channels to maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Manage social media strategy, scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
- Publish and optimize blog content within WordPress.
Events & Trade Shows
- Independently coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics, vendor management, registrations, itineraries, and marketing collateral.
- Support pre‑ and post‑event marketing activities to maximize lead generation and engagement.
Marketing Operations & CRM
- Maintain and optimize the CRM (Zoho preferred) to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting.
- Manage lead qualification workflows, including email outreach, content follow‑up, and occasional phone outreach.
- Conduct data imports, appends, and basic analysis using Excel to support campaign and CRM accuracy.
- Build targeted lists and segments using B2B databases such as ZoomInfo.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Support internal communication and documentation for marketing processes, campaigns, and systems.
- A marketing professional with 3+ years of experience executing digital marketing programs, campaigns, and content.
- A strong communicator who is courteous and professional with clients, teammates, vendors, and partners.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A creative thinker with excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and consistently delivers high quality work.
- 3+ years of CRM experience, ideally with Zoho CRM.
- 3+ years managing social media using a scheduling or management platform (Zoho Social preferred).
- 3+ years using an email marketing platform (Zoho Campaigns preferred).
- 3+ years of copywriting experience across digital channels.
- Experience with B2B databases such as ZoomInfo.
- Familiarity with WordPress for blog publishing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
