About This Position

Lead Marketing & Growth Operations Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Marketing & Growth Operations Analyst in the United States.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, and Revenue. You will lead analytics efforts that translate complex, multi-touch customer journeys into actionable insights, enabling smarter investment, prioritization, and pipeline decisions. Your work will directly influence marketing efficiency, demand quality, and lifecycle engagement, providing clarity into where prospects and customers interact across channels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building attribution frameworks, dashboards, and models that guide GTM decisions. You will collaborate closely with leadership, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and trust in metrics. The environment values analytical rigor, curiosity, and the ability to influence without formal authority. This position offers the opportunity to shape high-impact decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end analytics for demand generation and customer lifecycle, including funnel efficiency, lead quality, conversion paths, and revenue impact.

  • Design, maintain, and improve multi-touch attribution and performance frameworks across campaigns, programs, and sequences.

  • Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Marketing and Growth leadership, translating data into recommendations for budget allocation, experimentation, and GTM prioritization.

  • Develop and maintain leadership-ready dashboards and analyses connecting marketing activities to pipeline quality, revenue outcomes, and post-sale engagement.

  • Partner with GrowthOps, Sales Compensation, and GTM Systems to align metrics, definitions, and reporting across the organization.

  • Build scalable data models in Snowflake and dbt, establishing governance, documentation, and standards for self-service analytics.

  • Surface clear, opinionated insights that enable confident, data-driven decision-making across the business.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment.

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle stages, attribution models, and campaign performance, with the ability to connect upstream engagement to downstream revenue.

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, BI tools).

  • Proven ability to move from analysis to actionable recommendations, influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly to senior leaders.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and advertising platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and Salesforce data structures is a plus.

  • Experience with AI/ML analytics tooling, internal data products, or healthcare SaaS business models is desirable.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $127,000 – $145,000 USD (Zone 1, National Average; geo-zone adjusted).

  • Remote work flexibility (U.S.-based).

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources.

  • Wellness programs, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and fitness resources like Gympass.

  • Paid time off, volunteer days, and company holidays.

  • Retirement benefits, including 401(k) with employer match.

  • Professional development and internal growth opportunities.

  • Work-from-home equipment support and other perks to enhance productivity and well-being.
