• Design, develop, and implement core application features, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Lead task planning sessions for new features and provide high-level design and estimates for projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in a senior or staff-level Java development role.

• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Strong expertise in end-to-end feature development and building complex systems.

• Familiarity with healthcare data formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR) preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions, lead projects, and mentor other developers.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making abilities.
