Summary
The Regional Managing Partner (RMP) is the leader of a designated TriCore region, responsible for all business development and project execution activities. Managing a team of sales, engineering, and technical professionals, the RMP ensures client satisfaction with TriCore services. Working with the Executive team, the RMP establishes budgets and strategies for regional growth. The RMP promotes and grows the TriCore brand in the region through the development and strengthening of regional partnerships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Owning and reporting on regional P&L
- Preparing and presenting monthly regional sales and project forecasts
- Working with the Director of Sales to develop regional sales strategy and plans
- Executing sales plan with regional sales staff
- Overseeing regional project management to ensure successful project outcomes
- Managing the regional team, including providing ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews
- Working with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop technical staff
- Creating a culture of teamwork and effective communication resulting in exceptional client service
- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring team members with human resources
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- A proven track record demonstrating success in current and previous roles required with the interest of moving to the next step up in your career; at least 2 years’ experience managing a regional territory and/or a small team of employees preferred
- Experience with past P&L responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint and CRM
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle large volume of detail with accuracy and reliability
