Job Description

As a Business Researcher, you will be part of the Founder & Owners Office, supporting company-wide and cross-departmental initiatives through in-depth research and analytical insights related to the groups products, markets, and strategic priorities. You will gain exposure to group-level topics and senior leadership decision-making while contributing to product-focused research, competitive intelligence, and business optimization projects. The day-to-day supervision of the team is provided by the senior project manager.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis related to the groups products, markets, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to support product development and strategic decision-making.
Prepare structured research materials on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments with a strong focus on the groups product portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, structure, and interpret relevant data and insights.
Develop and maintain research reports and knowledge materials that identify growth opportunities and optimization areas related to the groups products.
Support the identification of product-related business challenges and improvement opportunities, providing data-backed recommendations.
Deliver timely, relevant research findings and clear analytical summaries to support cross-departmental initiatives.
Translate research outcomes into clear, concise presentations and reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Continuously monitor industry trends and innovations to ensure the groups products remain competitive and aligned with market dynamics.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business, or another relevant field.
Proven experience in a research-focused role within a business or analytical environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex questions, gather relevant information from multiple sources, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence in working with structured and unstructured data.
Ability to manage multiple parallel projects while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working across departments.
Multi-disciplinary business and strategy exposure is a strong advantage.
Experience supporting or working with senior leadership teams is beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian, with a focus on clarity, precision, and effective communication.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
