In this role, you will significantly impact customer relationships, ensuring our partners maximize their financial performance through expert revenue cycle management. As the primary liaison for provider groups, you will design and oversee success processes, driving efficiency in revenue operations and enhancing overall satisfaction. Your expertise will be critical as we work to integrate our innovative platform, guaranteeing swift implementation and optimized operations. Accountabilities- Work directly with executives to manage relationships with provider groups, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all revenue cycle management (RCM)-related questions and escalations.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring effective implementation of technology and services.
- Manage third-party billing partner relationships, holding them accountable to performance benchmarks.
- Advise on front-end RCM operations to minimize claim denials.
- Monitor back-end RCM operations, including accounts receivable work-down and denial management.
- Prepare and present performance reports to customers, showcasing our impact on outcomes.
- Identify revenue leakage and work collaboratively to mitigate issues in the patient journey.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product development.
- Collaborate with sales and tech teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- 710 years of RCM leadership or customer-facing roles in orthopedic or similar specialties.
- Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle management processes, including denial management and vendor oversight.
- Experience in implementing RCM technologies tailored to specific workflows.
- Full-cycle understanding of RCM from pre-authorization to collections.
- Proficient in coding and billing practices relevant to orthopedic and pain management sectors.
- Professional certification in coding or health information management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to translate RCM data into actionable insights.
- Capability to manage complex projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships and presenting reports.
- Adaptability and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, startup environment.
