Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing on product strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver impactful features and experiences that meet the needs of our business customers and end users. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue and Business Operations to ship high-quality solutions that drive growth and scale across the Aeropay ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmapping:
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with company goals
  • Prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact and technical feasibility

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue and Business Operations throughout the product lifecycle
  • Ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed on product decisions and timelines

Requirements & Execution:
  • Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and other agile ceremonies as needed

Customer & Market Insight:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to validate problems and inform solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation

Performance & Iteration:
  • Track key metrics to evaluate product success and areas for improvement
  • Iterate on existing features to drive adoption, engagement and value

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally on a consumer-facing product
  • Experience with API-based or platform products
  • Strong technical fluency — you’re comfortable discussing architecture and tradeoffs with engineers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A problem-solver mindset with a bias toward action
  • Experience working in agile teams and with tools like Jira, Figma or similar
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and ambiguity
  • Passion for building great products and improving customer outcomes

Compensation & Benefits:

  • This role is expected to be in office at Aeropay’s Chicago HQ a minimum of three days per week prior to 4/6/26 and then Monday through Thursday following 4/6/26
