This position resides within our maintenance department. It is a first shift, Monday through Friday position. However, it is on call for emergencies.

Responsibilities of this position include…
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Clean condenser coils
- Change equipment air filters
- Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Other department tasks as assigned
Job Requirements include…
- Universal HVAC license
- 2+ years of experience
- Basic knowledge of computer operation for use of energy management system
- Valid driver's license
