This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the marketing landscape within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for translating complex strategies into effective marketing communications that resonate with healthcare professionals. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you will ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing plans, enhancing brand visibility and supporting sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead marketing communications efforts that drive growth across the U.S. and Canada.
Accountabilities- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications plans aligned to USAC downstream priorities and go-to-market strategies.
- Translate product, therapy, and portfolio strategies into clear, compelling messaging for healthcare professionals.
- Serve as communications lead for downstream initiatives, including product launches and sales enablement.
- Own creation and delivery of marketing assets across digital, field, and event channels.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to adapt assets for USAC market needs.
- Manage content calendars and campaign timelines to ensure on-time execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and manage external agencies and vendors for timely project delivery.
- Define and track KPIs for communication effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing communications within healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and multi-channel communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
- Experience with medical devices or healthcare environments is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with sales organizations and develop training materials.
