Referral Outside Sales Rep at WinChoice – Atlanta, Georgia
About This Position
The Referral Sales Representative operates under WinChoice’s Referral Trifecta sales model, which requires consistent performance across three core functions: lead generation, in-home sales execution, and referral development. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle while supporting the growth and sustainability of the referral division.
The position requires a balance of self-generated activity, structured sales execution, and customer relationship management to drive both immediate revenue and long-term pipeline growth.
Referral Trifecta Model
The Referral Trifecta defines the core expectations of this role:
- Find – Generate new opportunities through canvassing and other self-generated prospecting activities
- Close – Convert assigned and self-generated in-home appointments using WinChoice’s established sales process
- Build – Develop long-term customer relationships that consistently produce referrals and repeat opportunities
Performance in this role is evaluated across all three areas of the Referral Trifecta.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify new sales opportunities through canvassing and other self-generated activities
- Develop and maintain a personal pipeline of prospective customers
- Represent the company professionally in residential neighborhoods
Sales Execution
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Present WinChoice products and services using established sales processes
- Accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Close sales in accordance with company pricing, policies, and procedures
Referral Development
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage referral generation
- Consistently request and track referrals from customers
- Support long-term pipeline growth through customer follow-up
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Canvassing or door-to-door experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfort working in a performance-based compensation environment
- Coachability and willingness to follow established processes
