Customer Integration Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Integrations Specialist with strong technical expertise and acustomer-focused mindset to join our cross-functional Customer Team. In this role, you willdesign, implement, and maintain integrations between our platform and customer systems,partner platforms, and third-party tools.Your work will enable autonomous AI agents to seamlessly access and update theinformation they need to perform real-world tasks. While you will support unique,customer-specific projects, a core part of your mission is to reduce custom development bybuilding standardized, reusable, and scalable integration patterns.If you enjoy working with APIs, automation, and directly with technical stakeholders, thisrole is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the integration lead for customer AI agent deployments, owning all dataflow and connectivity components.
  • Work directly with customers and their engineering teams to understandrequirements, validate API access, and ensure integration best practices.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between our platform and customer orthird-party systems, primarily through REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, prompt engineers, developers, and otherstakeholders to define and execute integration requirements.
  • Use Postman and JSON extensively for API testing, data mapping, and validation.
  • Write and maintain JavaScript code for integration logic, data transformation, andworkflow automation.
  • Research and implement integrations with external APIs, contributing reusablecomponents to the internal integration library.
  • Guide customers and partners on best practices for using the platforms REST APIs.
  • Act as a technical advisor throughout discovery, implementation, testing, and go-live.
  • Identify opportunities to productize recurring integration patterns in collaborationwith solutions, product, and engineering teams.
  • Document workflows, configuration standards, and deployment practices forinternal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to the advancement of MCP-based AI agent integration capabilities.
  • Travel occasionally for customer discovery, industry events, and internal workshops.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software development or systems integration roles.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, transformation logic, and systeminteroperability.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust withboth technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working on cross-functional teams delivering customer-facingtechnical projects.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on standardization, scalability, andcontinuous improvement.
