What you will do in the position:
- Order Processing
- Processers customer phone orders, faxed orders, email orders and internet orders from customers, enters orders into the ERP system and files all sales orders.
- Processes quotes from Inside Sales and sales orders from Outside Sales.
- Verifies sales orders for accuracy.
- Processes assigned territory Dealer orders by receiving, reviewing for accuracy, confirming complete end user information and entering in ERP system.
- Creates Cloud accounts on website and in ERP.
- Pulls emails from the Sales Support Inbox throughout the day, ensuring there are no emails left at the end of the day.
- Stays on queue when arriving to work and through the workday while at desk.
- Inbound Sales Inquiries
- Answers incoming calls for HME product pricing, availability of equipment, status of orders, etc.
- Determines correct HME part number required by customer based on description.
- Notifies Regional Sales Manager or Inside Sales Representative of any immediate purchase needs of customer.
- Writes up customer orders.
- Assists customers through Live Chat with purchase inquiries.
- Checks voicemail twice daily and returns customer calls.
- Backs up other Sales Support Representatives in their absence.
- General Support
- Provides Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives with support in completing internal documentation for ordering of products by customer

Pay Range: $18.00-$23.32/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. It may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement, three weeks of paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401 (k) contributions.
