Why we need you and what you will be responsible for:
With a record high backlog of boats to build, we are seeking a passionate, committed Project Manager to shepherd boat builds from contract to delivery through the design, build, and customer acceptance process.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of key boat projects and work to achieve the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. You will work closely with Sales/Business Development, Engineering, Production, and Customer Support to ensure successful completion of projects throughout their lifecycle. You will act as a liaison between the customer and SAFE Boats to provide status updates, clarify requirements, resolve problems and ensure a healthy relationship. Projects may include new boat builds, major service and warranty jobs for existing boats, and large parts sales.

Experience & Education we need:
Experience on US Navy, USCG, or similar US Federal Projects. High School Diploma (GED/High School Equivalence Certificate) required, bachelor’s degree and or Military Experience strongly preferred5 years’ experience managing complex projects involving a variety of stakeholders 5 years’ experience in the marine industryExperience operating SAFE Boats or marine vessels, strongly preferredPMP Certificate/Credentials preferredPhysical Requirements:
