Electrical Repair Technician Foreman (Commercial & Residential)

Pay: $27– $31 per hour (based on experience and licensing)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Repair Technician Foreman to lead commercial and residential service operations in the Fort Myers area. This is a working foreman role requiring advanced troubleshooting skills, strong NEC knowledge, and proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate is confident servicing both homes and commercial facilities while supervising field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical service technicians and apprentices

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of commercial and residential electrical systems

• Diagnose and repair panels, breakers, service upgrades, wiring, lighting, controls, and distribution systems

• Ensure compliance with NEC and Florida electrical codes

• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and manpower for service calls

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients

• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards

• Complete service reports, time tracking, and job documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical service and repair experience (commercial & residential required)

• Prior foreman or supervisory experience required

• Journeyman Electrician license required (Master preferred)

• Strong NEC and Florida code knowledge

• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in Florida heat

• Professional, customer-focused communication skills
