Hojoko is where it all comes to life. A Japanese-inspired tavern fueled by loud music, high energy, and seriously good food. It’s where high-end technique meets low-key fun—wagyu cheeseburgers, spicy ramen, sake bombs—executed with the same precision and care as a fine dining kitchen. We take flavor seriously…everything else, not so much.

We’re looking for a Busser who keeps the house sharp, the flow strong, and the energy up.

THE GIG (AKA WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING)

• Rhythm-setter for the dining room, keeping service moving smoothly and making busy feel effortless
• Fast, aware, and always in motion — the quiet force behind clean table turns and seamless flow
• A guest-ready dinning room maintained at all times: polished tables, clean floors, and sharp presentation
• Strong support of servers and runners, jumping in to keep service fluid and stress-free
• Service stations kept stocked, organized, and dialed in, with opening and closing duties handled with follow-through
• Reliable, high-energy presence every shift — bringing hustle, holding sanitation standards high, and owning nights, weekends, and holidays

Yes — this is a hands-on role. You’ll be on your feet for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and moving easily through tight spaces.
