About the role
We’re on the hunt for a driven, detail-obsessed Sales Coordinator to power our Costco business in the fast-moving Club Channel! In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the center of the action—owning day-to-day account execution, energizing line reviews, leading seamless item setups, and driving operational excellence across our expanding portfolio of innovative fitness brands.

Key Responsibilities
Costco Account Support
- Support the Sales Manager in managing the Costco corporate buying team and regional coordination as needed
- Assist in preparation for Costco line reviews, including assortment analysis, pricing strategy, and presentation materials
- Coordinate buyer requests, sample submissions, and follow-up communication
- Track critical timelines related to item approvals, warehouse rollouts, and promotional windows
Item Setup & Club Execution
- Manage Costco new item setup process, including item numbers (Item #), packaging specs, pallet configuration, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate and ensure accuracy internal approvals process
- Support execution of warehouse rollouts, regionals, and test programs
- Assist in managing promotional events (e.g., coupon books, MVMs – Multi-Vendor Mailers) and track performance
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Monitor sell-through, weeks of supply (WOS), and inventory levels to identify risks or opportunities
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance
- Maintain accurate pricing files, cost changes, and promotional tracking
- Update CRM systems and internal sales trackers with current data
Reporting & Analysis
- Pull and analyze POS data and warehouse-level performance reports
- Track SKU velocity, sell-through rates, and promotional lift
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales summaries for leadership
- Identify underperforming items and support action plans
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with operations, supply chain, finance, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless execution
- Support new product launches from line review approval through warehouse arrival
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and execution standards
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail sales operations preferred
- Experience working with Costco strongly preferred
- Understanding of Costco’s limited-SKU model and high-volume warehouse environment is a plus
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, forecasting models preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple timelines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within sales
