  • Manage multiple concurrent technical projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are clearly tracked and communicated across teams and leadership
  • Partner with engineering teams to capture priorities, technical requirements, constraints, and trade-offs, ensuring clarity in execution planning
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, task tracking, and status reporting in project management tools
  • Translate engineering progress into structured, executive-ready updates and performance reporting for stakeholders
  • Support engineering planning and roadmapping by helping align capacity, dependencies, and technical sequencing
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Monitor risks and issues proactively, escalating when needed and supporting mitigation planning
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience supporting engineering teams in a structured, fast-moving technical environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical project management or in roles supporting software engineering or infrastructure teams
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello
  • Experience working in remote or distributed team environments
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Ability to create clear, concise technical status reports for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on enabling engineering teams and improving processes
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts is highly valued
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range: 75,000 to 95,000 USD
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance fully employer-paid for employees
  • 401k retirement plan with company match up to 4 percent and immediate vesting
