This role sits at the intersection of customer onboarding, data management, and project execution, ensuring successful data migration for complex client implementations within the insurance technology space. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal data services teams, coordinating communication, managing expectations, and driving transparency throughout the migration lifecycle. The position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across data conversion projects involving diverse systems. You will guide customers through data preparation, validation, and review processes while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of migration outputs. In addition, you will contribute to the development of structured migration frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that improve scalability and consistency. This is a highly collaborative role where clear communication, problem-solving, and customer focus are essential to delivering successful onboarding outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal data services teams throughout the data migration lifecycle
  • Oversee end-to-end data conversion projects, including those involving multiple source systems and complex datasets
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate project status updates, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders
  • Conduct customer training sessions to support data preparation and migration readiness
  • Develop, maintain, and refine customer-specific data migration playbooks and standardized processes
  • Lead data review sessions, change requests, and issue resolution discussions with clients and internal teams
  • Validate data samples to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of delivered migration outputs
  • Establish and enforce consistent methodologies, tools, and best practices for successful project execution
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance migration efficiency, quality, and scalability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, insurance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, data migration, onboarding, or technical project coordination
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience managing detail-heavy projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Familiarity with data conversion or data management processes is highly preferred
  • Ability to interpret and validate data sets with high attention to accuracy and quality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects
  • Experience working with enterprise software or insurance technology solutions is a plus
  • Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment
