You will work closely with senior leadership to model business scenarios, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights that guide corporate strategy, investments, and partnerships. The position includes ownership of complex financial models, supporting M&A initiatives, and improving organizational processes to enhance data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate across teams, influence executive-level decision-making, and help the company accelerate growth while maintaining operational excellence. - Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to evaluate business performance, scenarios, and strategic initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Lead M&A and partnership activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, business case validation, structuring, and integration planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable, automatable processes that improve strategic and operational decision-making.
- Formulate data-driven recommendations on investments, corporate strategy, and growth initiatives for senior leadership and board members.
- Design and interpret dashboards of key metrics for internal and investor consumption.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance financial planning efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, financial planning & analysis, or related fields.
- Strong quantitative skills, with experience building three-statement models, ad hoc scenario analyses, and complex financial models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, STEM, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying nuanced data insights to executive audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity, adaptability, and a drive to take on complex challenges.
- Experience in strategic planning, business case development, and M&A processes is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
