This position offers a high-impact environment for shaping the enterprise’s search presence in an AI-driven landscape.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute a multi-year global strategy for SEO, AEO, and GEO to maximize traffic, visibility, and conversions.
  • Lead initiatives to secure recognition as a primary source in AI-generated answers across LLMs, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
  • Optimize off-site properties such as Wikipedia, Reddit, G2, LinkedIn, YouTube, and AWS Marketplace to strengthen AI signal and brand authority.
  • Oversee technical SEO strategy, including platform migration, structured data (JSON-LD), site architecture, crawl efficiency, and indexation.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for cross-functional teams to align messaging and content with AI discoverability goals.
  • Develop and maintain measurement frameworks tracking AI citations, referral traffic, and share of model visibility.
  • Evangelize best practices and guide teams in improving search presence while ensuring technical and strategic excellence.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise SEO and organic growth programs, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Expertise in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and understanding of LLM content retrieval, chunking, and citation patterns.
  • Technical SEO mastery, including schema markup, JSON-LD, site architecture, and website migration management.
  • Experience with AI visibility tracking and standard SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building data-driven measurement frameworks.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Community teams.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $182,750 – $222,525 annually.
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Retirement plan with employer match.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave policies.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Collaborative, high-impact work environment at the forefront of AI-driven search and enterprise technology.
