Compensation

• $18-$20/hour base (based on licensing)

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
• Follow up consistently to drive retention and growth

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, inside or outside sales)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
