- Build, maintain, and optimize advanced Workday reports (including matrix and composite reports) to support HR and business needs
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple HR systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable self-service analytics for stakeholders
- Produce regular reports on key workforce metrics such as turnover, retention, hiring, and engagement
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks, validation processes, and governance best practices
- Automate recurring reporting processes and improve efficiency through data blending and tooling
- Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to strategic analytics projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in people analytics, business analytics, or a similar data-focused role
- Strong hands-on expertise with Workday reporting (advanced, matrix, and composite reports required)
- Solid understanding of Workday data structures, business objects, and reporting optimization
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus
- Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics best practices (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, workforce planning)
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining confidentiality
