Position Summary

The formulator supports and assists in the day-to-day projects of research and innovation of Cosmetic and Personal Care Products. The formulator develops an in-depth knowledge of formulation theory and execution though the execution of stability protocols and compatibility testing. The formulator supports the laboratory operations by keeping supplies stocked, calibrating equipment, organizing, and keeping glassware clean. The position works closely with veteran formulators to learn and develop.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.

Any experience in the following:

• Working in a laboratory setting, including safety protocols, chemical handling, and personal protective equipment usage.
• Working on a benchtop and operating laboratory equipment including pH meters and precision scales.
• Data analysis and report preparation based on laboratory test results.
• Execution of laboratory experiments and test protocols.
