About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s office. This role requires exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism, serving as a trusted partner in managing priorities, coordinating communications, and supporting executive decision-making in a fast-paced, confidential environment. In addition, this individual will provide support to members of the broader C-suite as needed.

This is a hybrid position with the candidate expected to report to our headquarters in Westborough, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel with accuracy and foresight.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Represent the CEO professionally and diplomatically in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-paced or high-growth environment required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with board governance and executive-level operations.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Expertise in Microsoft office suite, with particular attention to Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a high degree of poise, judgment, discretion, empathy and professionalism.
