- Engage in technical discussions with data scientists and engineers.
- Present product roadmaps and manage QBRs with clients.
- Ensure customer requests and escalations are resolved effectively.
- Support the migration of customers from on-prem to OnDemand solutions.
- Provide technical guidance during deployments and upgrades.
- Attend QBRs to support customer strategy and adoption.
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Lead technical communications with customers and implementation teams.
- Monitor compliance with SLAs and DCOD processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong emphasis on customer success and results-driven delivery.
- Experience with SaaS infrastructure and multiple platform architectures.
- Familiarity with Duck Creek product or similar technologies.
