Join our team as a Recreation Supervisor!

As our Recreation Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our recreation facilitiesincluding the health club, fitness center, pool, and locker rooms! You'll get to plan and lead a variety of fun-filled activities, from daily adventures to special holiday and group events that create unforgettable memories for our guests. You'll also inspire and oversee our awesome counselors, keeping all recreation areas running smoothly, and guide a team dedicated to making every day extraordinary. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mission Mindset: Live core values, inspire your team, and make every guest experience unforgettable by setting the standard for fun and excellence.
  • Event Extraordinaire: Oversee group activities, jump into special projects, and spark new ideas to keep every recreation program running smoothly and delivering stellar service.
  • Resource Ranger: Track supplies, order whats needed, and keep all paperworklike schedules and logsorganized so every event is ready for fun.
  • Connection Captain: Connect with all departments, share updates, and make teamwork effective and enjoyable.
  • Ambience Architect: Maintain tidy, inviting recreation areas so guests always enjoy a cheerful environment and top-notch service.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a recreation environment, preferably resort oriented with emphasis on corporate, family, and childrens activities.
  • Must have knowledge of age appropriate activities and enjoy working with all age groups; be well organized, creative, and a self-starter.
  • Must be CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified.
  • Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language, with a strong knowledge of computer programs specifically Word, Excel, Power Point, and POS Systems.
  • Must be able to work outdoors for an extended amount of time.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
