Clinical Therapist Part-time Contract or Hourly at Serna Solutions LLC – Pueblo of San Ildefonso, New Mexico

Pueblo of San Ildefonso/Northern Santa Fe County

Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for:

• Provide psycho-therapeutic and psych-educational services to individuals, couples, families and groups;
• Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned by the director;
• Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;
• Attend program staffing and clinical staffing to participate in client progress reports and professional development;
• Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director;
• Provide case management to link clients with supportive services and provide follow up to referring agency;
• Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations;
• Work with office personnel to schedule clients
• Provide crisis intervention, as needed for current clients;
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications include:

• LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or LPAT licensure in New Mexico

This position includes benefits prorated according to the number of hours worked for Serna Solutions as a .5 FTE or .75 FTE including, medical, dental, vacations, sick and mental health days.
