In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the variable commission process across the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, your expertise will ensure that compensation plans align with business objectives and enhance the performance of our revenue teams. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the overall growth strategy, making a significant impact on the organization's success.Accountabilities
- Execute and optimize end-to-end commissions process including tracking, quota consumption, and commission output
- Analyze and report to senior leadership on the performance of the compensation plan
- Lead the design of variable compensation plans and communicate updates to Go-to-Market teams
- Provide recommendations for setting up quota metrics and driving execution of new compensation metrics
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership in plan design and documentation
- Address commission discrepancies and questions with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Work with Legal and HR to maintain compensation plan documents
- Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis on forecasting plan results
- Support employees with questions related to commission statements and payouts
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration & commission calculations
- Experience in a B2B SaaS and/or Payments organization
- Deep understanding of compensation practices and metrics in growth environments
- Strong data analysis and project reporting skills
- Exceptional proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets; experience with commissions software like Spiff is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative culture
