This role is crucial for developing innovative cybersecurity solutions supporting federal government clients. You will engage deeply with cloud and DevSecOps methodologies, leading teams to solve complex security challenges. The successful candidate will analyze system security architectures and provide a comprehensive lifecycle support strategy. By leveraging your advanced technical skills, you will empower the organization to navigate vulnerabilities and enhance compliance in a significant way.Accountabilities
  • Analyze complex technical findings and determine necessary resources for solutions across cybersecurity domains.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and execute robust technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy secure cloud-native architectures for information systems.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security measures.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaC) using tools like Terraform.
  • Align security architectures with federal policies and strategies.
  • Automate system telemetry and analytics for enhanced situational awareness.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, or cloud architecture.
  • Expertise in securing AWS GovCloud and Azure Government platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of NIST RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and CI/CD tools such as GitLab/Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with network isolation tools like Palo Alto NGFW and Juniper Mist NAC.
  • Experience securing modern applications and automated infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 5 years of experience or 13 years of experience in lieu of education.
