In this role, you will serve as the technical authority for the ServiceNow enterprise platform architecture. Your expertise will ensure that performance is optimized, security compliance is met, and customer modernization goals are strategically aligned across numerous applications. You will collaborate within a dynamic and innovative environment that emphasizes customer success and the growth of the team.Accountabilities

• Own the technical architecture for production platform and CI segregated instance
• Design and validate integration patterns for third-party system connections
• Lead annual platform upgrade planning and execution
• Conduct ServiceNow health assessments and remediation planning
• Develop data architecture models based on ServiceNow best practices
• Ensure CMDB accuracy and discovery dependency mapping
• Collaborate with customer Enterprise Architecture on cloud security packages
• Provide technical oversight for citizen development initiatives
• Design solutions that maximize out-of-the-box (OOB) functionality
• Review and approve all custom code and configurations for platform integrity

Requirements

• Must pass Federal Background Investigation and Federal tax compliance screening
• Must be U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident with a minimum of 3 consecutive years of U.S. residency
• Minimum 7 years ServiceNow/Enterprise Service Management architecture experience
• Minimum 2 years in Federal government environments
• Recent hands-on experience delivering enterprise service management solutions in a federal environment
• Prior ownership of multi-module ServiceNow architectures maintained at n-2 currency
• Proven experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations and NOC environments
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• CSDM/CMDB strategy and implementation experience
• Integration architecture patterns knowledge (REST, SOAP, MID Servers)
• Platform upgrade strategy and execution experience
• Performance optimization and availability management expertise
• Knowledge of security architecture (RBAC, encryption, data segregation)
• Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
