- Implement and maintain infrastructure configurations based on best practices.
- Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure performance and address potential issues promptly.
- Conduct routine maintenance and resolve operational incidents.
- Utilize ITIL-based processes to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues.
- Resolve complex incidents while collaborating with colleagues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operations.
- Provide advanced technical support to teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for robust IT infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Promote automation to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and apply innovations.
- Provide after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations.
- Contribute to team goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor team members to support their professional development.
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of prior enterprise industry experience.
- Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies.
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Certificates, etc.).
- Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows environments.
- Experience in multi-site data center operations including hands-on server support.
- Current relevant certification in support technology.
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000.
