  • Develop and execute comprehensive federal lobbying and advocacy strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Represent organizational interests before Congress, the Executive Branch, federal agencies, and trade associations.
  • Manage government affairs initiatives on key issues including manufacturing policy, trade regulations, and electronic materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple U.S. subsidiaries to ensure consistent policy positions and engagement approaches.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on legislative and regulatory developments, recommending strategic responses.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with lawmakers, federal officials, industry groups, and coalitions.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all government interactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of federal government affairs experience, ideally with focus on manufacturing, healthcare, or electronic materials policy and trade issues.
  • Proven success in lobbying Congressional members, Executive Branch officials, and regulatory agencies.
  • Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory processes with a history of executing effective advocacy campaigns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated judgment, integrity, and discretion in high-level stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
