• Deliver Marco's Pizza orders safely, efficiently, and with a smile
• Provide outstanding Guest service during every interaction
• Operate your vehicle safely using defensive driving practices
• Accurately handle cash, credit transactions, and change
• Assist in the store between deliveries (answering phones, prep, cleaning)
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment

Required Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum 2 years of safe driving history
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance that meets state requirements
• Reliable vehicle with valid registration
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

• Safe, courteous, and defensive driving habits
• Friendly, professional communication with Guests and teammates
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity
• Comfort using store technology and equipment
• Basic math skills (counting cash, making change)
• Pride in appearance, work quality, and team success
• Willingness to stop unsafe acts and prioritize safety at all times
