Account Manager at DMAC Security – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Multi-Site Manager works closely with the DMAC Operations Manager and client to design and maintain all staffing levels in order to guarantee contractual compliance and expected financial targets. The Multi-Site Manager is responsible for anticipating and planning for future staffing needs and allocating new hires to suitable schedules and positions in accordance with operational needs and employee strengths. The Multi-Site Manager will also be in charge of increasing officer productivity in order to reduce unneeded overtime and non-billable costs. The Multi-Site Manager will be responsible for requesting uniforms and other equipment, completing all required employment documentation with the employee, and keeping track of operational metrics to inform business choices at site level. As an additional responsibility, the Multi-Site Manager will be the front line liaison between clients and the DMAC Operations Manager. This position is vital to a healthy relationship with our clients. There is an expectation for constant communication through client visits, business reviews, and being a trusted advisor to DMAC clients.
