About the RoleWere hiring a Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of complex digital products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role is central to ensuring product roadmaps are delivered predictably, efficiently, and with a strong focus on user value.Youll work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and multidisciplinary teams to plan, track, and continuously improve delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable in their delivery approach, confident managing stakeholders, and experienced in driving outcomes across complex programmes.
Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of product roadmaps within a cross-functional team
• Partner closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to deliver user-focused digital experiences
• Adapt delivery methodologies and ways of working to suit team and product needs
• Lead continuous planning at both sprint and roadmap levels in a complex environment
• Ensure high-quality work is delivered regularly and predictably
• Track, manage, and report on delivery milestones at a roadmap level
• Interpret delivery metrics and use insights to improve team processes and performance
• Identify, manage, and proactively escalate risks and issues
• Support teams in improving delivery frameworks and ways of working
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment across stakeholders at varying levels of seniority

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a cross-functional delivery squad
• Strong experience delivering products in complex business environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
• Excellent organisational, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience implementing, embedding, and improving delivery frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk and issue management
• Ability to interpret delivery data and metrics to drive continuous improvement

Nice-to-Have

• Experience partnering with data teams or data-focused functions
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Exposure to multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or other frameworks)
