However, candidates residing in the following states may be considered for a remote and/or hybrid schedule: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia.

The Technology Services Group Project Manager manages and coordinates multiple, complex technology and implementation projects across the organization with minimal supervision. Plans, directs, and coordinates enterprise-wide initiatives for application development, system implementations, and technology-enabled business solutions. Leads matrixed, cross-functional teams; develops project plans and schedules; manages risks, issues, scope, and change; and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors.

The TSG Project Manager

  • Manages all aspects of project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones.

  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans and schedules and ensures delivery within approved scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Leads cross-functional, matrixed project teams through requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.

  • Coordinates interactions with internal departments including contracting, operations, solution design, and technical services.

  • Manages project risks, issues, and escalations and ensures timely resolution of impediments with potential impact to time, quality, or resources.

  • Facilitates internal and external project meetings and prepares clear, timely status updates for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Oversees change management activities including documentation of change requests, impact analysis, approvals, and communication.

  • Provides leadership and direction to clients, staff, and vendors to resolve project-related issues.

  • Executes projects using established project management frameworks and organizational standards.

  • Supports enterprise priorities by delivering projects aligned with organizational strategy and leadership direction.

What We Require:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field required; or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a healthcare or business environment, preferably involving information systems, technology implementations, or application development.

Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Working knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall approaches. Familiarity with ITIL principles and structured change management practices. Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in deadline-driven environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations and lead cross-functional teams

Strong customer service orientation and commitment to quality outcomes.
