- Lead the sales organization, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success and individual growth
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and senior executives to drive loyalty and satisfaction
- Create, implement, and optimize sales and Revenue Operations processes and playbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team
- Actively participate in deals as a contributor or executive sponsor to support closing strategic opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement
- Establish processes to collect and leverage customer feedback to guide product and service improvements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to lead, scale, and develop sales organizations effectively
- Experience managing relationships with senior executives at large enterprise clients
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to set goals, monitor performance, and drive organizational success
- Hands-on approach to supporting deals and providing strategic guidance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on results
